Keylocking Threaded Inserts
Acme Keylocking Threaded Inserts are used to quickly repair stripped, damaged or worn out threads with new stronger threads or for use in original equipment. Acme Inserts are easy to install and easy to remove. No special drills, taps or pre-winder tools are required. The Keys are driven down into the threads of the surrounding base material, locking the insert in place.

Keylocking Studs
Acme Keylocking Studs provide security and repairability in applications where you can’t use a through-bolt/nut combination. They are superior for use in soft materials such as aluminum or magnesium when extra strength, extended thread life and vibration-resistance are required.

Acme Swage-Sert® inserts are used to repair stripped, damaged or worn out threads. Additionally, they are employed in original equipment to strengthen threads and extend thread life in soft base materials like aluminum or magnesium.
